## Choose your system

## What's on every screen

These never move, regardless of which product you're in:

The notifications bell shows *No notifications. You're all caught up* when there's nothing to read. On Contact Center QA routes the bell takes on a red count badge for unread Alerts.

## Common questions

  <Accordion title="How do I switch from one Wittify AI product to another?">
    Open the **system switcher** dropdown at the top of the sidebar (right under the Wittify AI logo). Pick the product you want; the dashboard re-routes to that product's home page. The choice is remembered for next time.

  <Accordion title="Do I need a different account for each product?">
    No. One Wittify AI account gives you access to every product. The system switcher is the only thing that changes when you swap products.

  <Accordion title="What does the floating chat bubble in the bottom corner do?">
    That's the Wittify AI support widget. Click it to chat with our support team or schedule onboarding. It is not the same as the agents you build inside AI Agents; those are previewed via **Test Your Agent** on each agent's manage page.

  <Accordion title="Where do I change my plan?">

  <Accordion title="The docs site is in English but I want Arabic.">
    Use the language switcher in the topbar of either the docs or the app. The switcher flips the URL prefix; the page reloads, the layout mirrors, and the font changes to **IBM Plex Sans Arabic**.

  <Accordion title="I cannot find a product I expected to see in the system switcher.">
    Some plans gate access to specific products. Open **Plans and Subscriptions** in the profile dropdown to see your current plan; upgrade or contact sales if you need additional products.
