What types of agents can I create on Wittify?

You can create three types of AI agents:
  • Voice Agent: Interacts via voice calls.
  • Text Agent: Communicates through chat channels like WhatsApp or Instagram.
  • Hybrid Agent: Combines voice and text interaction into one seamless agent.

Can I edit an agent after it’s created?

Yes, you can go back and update your agent’s name, behavior, channels, and integrations at any time via the agent settings panel.

🌐 Embedding & Integration

How can I embed my agent on my website?

Go to the Deployment tab of your agent, click “Embed on Your Website”, then copy and paste the provided <iframe> code into your website HTML. This allows customers to interact with your agent directly from your site.

What integrations are supported?

Wittify supports integrations with:
  • WhatsApp
  • Instagram
  • Messenger
  • Google Calendar

🧠 Knowledge Base

How do I add knowledge to my agent?

Under the Knowledge tab, you can:
  1. Upload documents (PDF, DOCX)
  2. Add FAQs manually
  3. Link to public URLs
This helps the agent answer questions using your business-specific information.

Can I test the knowledge responses?

Yes. After uploading content, use the Test Agent button in the top right of the interface to simulate user questions.

✉️ Inbox & Conversations

Where can I view user conversations?

Navigate to the Inbox tab. You’ll find all user-agent interactions, including timestamps and user messages.

Can I reply directly from the Inbox?

Yes, Wittify supports live takeover, allowing human agents to respond in real time to ongoing conversations.

🧪 Testing & Deployment

How can I preview my agent before going live?

Use the Test Agent button on the top bar. This allows you to simulate interactions before deploying it to a live channel.

What happens when I deploy an agent?

Once deployed, your agent becomes active on the selected communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, website widget). All conversations will then be logged in your inbox.

🛠️ Troubleshooting

Why isn’t my agent responding?

Make sure:
  • The agent is deployed and active
  • You’ve added sufficient knowledge or intents
  • The channel integration is connected properly

How do I delete an agent?

Open the agent, go to the settings (gear icon), and choose Delete Agent from the options.

🌍 Localization

Does Wittify support multiple languages?

Yes. You can create multilingual agents by uploading knowledge in different languages or using language detection within your flows.

🧑‍💼 Account & Billing

Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes. Go to your Account Settings > Billing to change your plan or view your usage limits.
