Voice Deployment

Wittify allows you to connect your Voice AI agents directly to phone numbers — enabling inbound and outbound calls with real-time voice interaction. You can integrate your agents using one of three options:
  • Twilio
  • Telnyx
  • SIP Trunk / Contact Center Integration (via a unique Wittify SIP URL)
Once connected, your AI voice assistant can answer customer calls, make outbound calls, and communicate naturally — all powered by Wittify’s low-latency voice pipeline.

What This Integration Enables

  • Connect your AI voice agent to real phone numbers
  • Enable both inbound and outbound calling
  • Integrate easily with Twilio, Telnyx, or any SIP-compatible system
  • Handle real-time conversations with low latency and natural speech
  • Route calls to AI agents or human operators when needed

Connecting via Twilio

  1. Go to your Wittify DashboardAgent SettingsDeployments → Telephony.
  2. Choose Twilio from the available options.
  3. Enter your Account SID and Auth Token from your Twilio Console.
  4. Add one or more Twilio phone numbers.
  5. Click Connect.
Once connected, your Wittify Voice Agent will be linked to your Twilio phone number(s) for inbound and outbound calls.

Connecting via Telnyx

  1. Select Telnyx from the integration options in your Telephony Deployment.
  2. Enter your API Key from your Telnyx account.
  3. Add your Telnyx phone numbers.
  4. Click Connect to complete the setup.
Your Wittify Voice Agent is now ready to receive and make calls through your Telnyx number.

Connecting via SIP Trunk (Contact Center Integration)

If you’re using an external contact center or PBX system (e.g., Genesys, Avaya, Asterisk, Cisco, or Bright Pattern), Wittify supports SIP Trunking for direct connectivity.
  1. In your Telephony Integration tab, select SIP / Telephony.
  2. You’ll see a SIP Link (e.g. sip:xxxxxxx.sip.livekit.cloud).
  3. Copy this link and paste it into your contact center or PBX system as the SIP endpoint.
  4. Add your inbound phone number inside Wittify.
  5. Click Connect.
Your contact center can now route calls directly to your Wittify Voice Agent.

What Happens After Connecting

Once connected, your Wittify Voice AI agent can:
  • Receive inbound calls directly from your linked phone numbers
  • Initiate outbound calls using the same connected provider
  • Engage callers with real-time natural voice interactions
  • Transfer calls or trigger workflows via integrations (e.g., CRM, ticketing, MCP)

Pro Tip

You can connect multiple providers (e.g., Twilio and SIP) for different regions or call flows — Wittify automatically manages routing and latency for optimal performance.
