Wittify.ai offers multiple subscription plans designed to match different usage needs — from individuals exploring AI assistants to large organizations deploying multiple assistants with advanced capabilities. You can upgrade, downgrade, or manage your plan at any time directly from your dashboard, or select the desired plan during the registration process.

1️⃣ Accessing Plans & Subscriptions

From anywhere in your Wittify.ai dashboard:
  1. Click your profile image in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Plans & Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.
This will take you directly to the Billing page, where you can view your current plan, upgrade or downgrade, and manage payment methods.

2️⃣ Understanding the Available Plans

Wittify.ai plans differ by features and usage limits. Here’s what you can expect in each tier:

3️⃣ How to Upgrade Your Plan

You can upgrade your plan in two ways:

From the Dashboard

  1. Go to Plans & Subscriptions via your profile menu.
  2. Under Current Plan, click Upgrade Your Plan.
  3. Select your preferred plan.
  4. Confirm your selection and complete payment.

During Registration

When creating a new Wittify.ai account:
  1. On the plan selection step, choose the desired plan.
  2. Complete the registration process and payment.

4️⃣ How to Downgrade Your Plan

If you no longer need the features of a higher plan:
  1. Go to Plans & Subscriptions.
  2. Click Change Plan or Downgrade.
  3. Select a lower plan.
  4. Confirm the downgrade.
ℹ️ Downgrading will apply from your next billing cycle. You will retain current plan features until then.

5️⃣ Adding & Managing Payment Methods

  1. Go to Plans & Subscriptions.
  2. Under Manage Plan, click Manage Payment Method.
  3. Add or update your payment card.
  4. Save changes.

6️⃣ Cancelling Your Plan

If you wish to cancel:
  1. Go to Plans & Subscriptions.
  2. Click Cancel Plan.
  3. Confirm cancellation.
  4. Your account will revert to the Free Plan at the end of the billing cycle.

7️⃣ Add-ons

If you need extra usage without changing your plan:
  • Extra Text Conversations — Purchase additional text conversation credits.
  • Extra Voice Minutes — Purchase additional voice minutes.
To add credits:
  1. Go to Plans & Subscriptions.
  2. Under Add-ons, click Add to My Plan next to the desired add-on.
  3. Confirm purchase.

8️⃣ Viewing Your Billing History

  1. Go to Plans & SubscriptionsBilling History.
  2. You’ll see:
    • Date of charge
    • Description
    • Type
    • Amount
    • Status
    • Invoice (downloadable)

Tip:
  • Upgrade if your AI assistants frequently hit usage limits.
  • Use add-ons for short-term spikes instead of upgrading your whole plan.
  • Enterprise customers get fully customized integrations and support.
